Hi noobie here..

BCAA and Glutamine, is it worth the money or not.
some forum says it's good, some says it's a waste of money.

As for the diet, found it hard to stick to a proper diet since I am in the office from 8am to 6pm.

Yup, been focusing mainly on compound exercise with a few isolation..

One thing I notice, no one is doing squat in my gym..
btw, i am using smith machine for squat. tongue.gif

is it okay to train bicep when your tricep is still sore from previous workout session?
