widely sad, "its not the matter how heavy you can lift, its how heavy you looked you can lift the matter most"

do you think its fair, for a person who only can lift half your weight but look half time better than you?

I met a lot of this kind, there is nth as fair, you are comparing yourself for improvement, not with others.

My two cents.

whats your height and weight? btw, the dumbell lbs you mentioned is each side? or both side total up?
