my situation is currently studying in boarding school , where the schedule is tight . 6am-5pm study all the way . my free time is only at 5pm-7pm where i would train rugby or do other exercise and after 11pm .
so when should I workout ? night or evening ?
and I still have a tub of Cytogainer . how should I use it ?
