I've been eye-ing this this called Fat Gripz.
can see at: www.fatgripz.com
basically its turning your db/bb into thick bars for better grip development.
thinking of getting one myself.
anyone here heard of it or tired it?

This may or may not have to do with the pain.
that wobbly right knee stands out the most when i watch your video. it wobbles before u move down and wobble again when u go up. could be caused by weak abductors/adductor (i dunno which one). but whichever weak bit it is, you'll need try to focus on your knees not moving in/out when you move up/down.

HIIT calorie burn is not to be counted during the HIIT session only. its supposed to increase calorie burning till AFTER the cardio session. so you cant say u burn as much during the duration compared.
but like the pro said, thats just on paper. so whatever works, do that.

Darklight, did Bob Chic mention anything bout Tabata circuits tho?

for me HIIT is like going uphill on the treadmill at maximum gradient (15%) and 12kmh for 1min and rest at 4kmh every 1 min interval for 1 hour max (tried and tested)

when i did slow cardio, i just did uphill at 6kmh and maintain around 60minutes (tried and tested)

the second of course burnt lesser calories and i suffered less mind numbing heart-about-to-explode sensation felt during HIIT

hahaha...just wanna know how do i measure slow cardio...

Slow cardio is supposed to follow heart rate.
i think it was 70% of max heart rate to reach the peak of calorie burning without the body reaching to muscles for energy.
i read this a looooong time ago. so i'm not too sure now.

There are lots of articles online on HIIT.
but as someone did mention, whats also impt is what you eat before and after any cardio session.
getting that wrong would result in more muscle loss.

1000-1200 cals in 60 mins? you're supposed to do HIIT for 15 mins only.
but again, HIIT is supposed to shoot your metabolism rate up for the next few hours. so caloric expenditure cant only be counted while running.

Go check up articles on whats the best % of HR if you wanna do SST cardio. i really forgotten what it is... i'm getting old. -.-"

but you're bulking now arent you? still doing cardio when bulking?
