I've just got a body composition analysis from our local gym but the trainer had no time explaining what it means. It looks pretty straight forward but i do not know what's enough and what's not, so here goes:
Height : 172 cm

Percent Body fat - 10.7%
Muscle mass - 49.6
Lean body mass - 53.0
Fat distribution - 0.78
Obesity degree - 92%
BMI = 20.1 kg/m2
BMR = 1621.5 kcal
AMC = 23.6 cm (AC=25.9 cm)
BCM = 37.2 kg
Fitness score - 75 points
There's also some fluid diagnosis / fluid distribution percentage which i think is not relevant. Thanks bros.
