dudes. need some help here. i'm an avid downhiller/mountain biker.

i'm quite skinny, around 52KGs with a height of 173CM?

i have no problems building muscles on my biceps, triceps, back or stomach but i'm having problems building up the chest region. i eat a lot, as in lots of protein and carbs. workout at least 3 times a week.

oh, and i can't afford gyms. i usually do lot's of pushups and pull-ups. i realised that the sides of my chest grows but not the mid section. :l

any tips for me? thanks. (:

you mean the sternum ?? anyway, just do variations on your push ups...wide/narrow stance, millitary...if afford, buy a pair of db, and do flys and press..that should do it...

yeahh. i do a variation of wide, mid and a narrow stance (the diamond shaped thingy). i'm not looking for a crazy build, just something to give a lil shape to my chest cuz that's the least muscular now. very un-proportional.

how many reps do you recommend? nod.gif

thanks

how many reps you usually done ?? too many ?? just add more weight by wearing weighted vest or just wear the backpack ...make sure you feel the hypertrophy...

i do 25 push-ups for 2 variation each set. 1 min rest between sets. around 5 sets a day. i sometimes put 5kg weight on my back though.

yeah and i do think it's genes too cause my family members are all skinny lol. and yes, not everyone can afford to go to gyms you know. :l
