2) You need approx 1g per lbs of lean bodyweight(as a rule of thumb) spread across 5-6meals a day. You do the math.
3) 2 in the morning, 2 before workout?
4) dont limit yourself to dumbbells alone, try to incorporate some big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, military presses,bench..etc. these are what make you grow most.
5) lipo6 does work, i've seen my buddies lose as much as 6kg in over a month on the stuff. BUT, nothing will work if your dont have your diet and training right first. they ain't magic pills.
