Okay. Just imagine this.

I open thread WTS: Proton Saga.
You come in and say you are interested.
I ask you pay RM10k deposit to seal the deal because you dont have the time to find me and view the car before you buy.
I tell you its a non refundable deposit if you decide to take or cancel the deal because many people wants to buy the car thats why I ask you to pay the RM10k for deposit.

Yes, you can say you do not want the car because of the deposit.
BUT... IF you're really interested in the car, would you pay RM10k for something you don't even know the condition?
I believe you'll take a look at the condition before paying anything am I right?

And that's what exactly TS is doing.

You would have felt cheated too if you were in TS shoes.
