first?Even if they want to rent it already on the spot cash,you still can tell them to wait awhile what

If they really serious about your place,then surely they can wait.

use first come first serve basis BUT only to CONFIRMED renters.Thats why you need to pay liao
b4 you go.And the rationality of yours is okay to some,but plain stupid to majority.

200 monthly is alot per person.Even my house also 350 for elec+water
