LOL ... I didn't insist on him booking the place and i DID inform him that I m only available to see the house on 11/12 sept . When he first mention deposit for book I thought he say I can pay on the spot when I see the house on 11/12 sept but later I realize he told me to pay without viewing I was like WTH I need to see b4 paying as I already told him 100 million times I will not be living alone , I will be living with another fren of mine and then HE IS THE ONE getting all emotional I m disappointed , dun ask , and so on thingy . HELLO ! what is it so disappointing ? I did not PROMISE or AGREE to bank it to u !
I already told u I need to see it ! see it first .
What if there is no such house ? THIS IS A OPEN FORUM anyone can come and register and tell me HEY I GOT THIS HOUSE and possibility of scamming me .


He then accuse me for discounting when he is the one changing RM500 to RM480 ( I DID NOT ASK FOR IT ) and told me again to bank into him before see-ing the house to book it ( I didnt even see it , why shud I book it ? ) and told me the booking fees will be forfeit if I dun wan to rent =_="'

He then calling me spoil brat and childish etc .

He keep twisting with his words

He threaten me with his police thingy @.@


He belittle this student who wants to rent house . and if it is not these STUDENT who study there I think NO ONE will want to rent house from thr ok?

It is only natural that ppl demand for the best when it comes to place to leave I NEED TO LIVE THERE FOR 3 to 4 years !
Not 1 or 2 days !
ALTHOUGH WE ARE STUDENT BUT WE PAY FOR IT ! Treat us as TENANT NOT STUDENT or UR FREN!
