Hey, I need some help here. I've got a youth player who's got this comment.
"Try to find the right spot on the team for -player-, there is a lot of football in that kid." after playing as goalkeeper. According to the hattrick wiki, it says this means :
"A talent search note is produced when you find a suitable training position for your player, or if the player's position is not adequate to his skills prospects."

So what should I do? Should I keep him as keeper? I hesitate to do so since he only received a 2 star rating playing as a keeper..

Also,
I was asked to train a player in Set Pieces, but my training focus is currently on Playmaking and Individual. What position should he be in? I left him as keeper for the next match, or should I leave him in another position so he could be the set piece taker?

I was also wondering if the match ratings at tomattrick.com can be trusted? I was thinking of changing my formation from 3-5-2 to 2-5-3 with playmaking training, or atleast try that out..is that recommended?

Also, what kind of youth players should I hire? Are 16 year olds with passable maximums good?

Im training defence and individual in youth team. And for now im training passing in.senior team. I think I could probably play him as a CD in my senior team since one of my defenders getting quite old anyways.
Should I change training in youth team to defending and passing?
Also, how hard is it to look for a goalkeeper through scouts? Everytime my scout just gives me a winger or defender when I told him to look for goalkeeper s..

how does hattrick rank the teams? I looked at team ranking for the season and i think i can beat most of the teams in the 4th division ranked ahead of me.

also, one thing i do not understand is how could my team play and win a friendly against another team whose players averaged at 40,000 TSI?

guys, i need help with my next cup match..ill be playing against a team with a typical formation with 5 midfielders. im thinking he's probably gonna use a 2-5-3 or 3-5-2 formation. he has a much stronger defense than i do, but he has midfield ratings of wretched and poor, so i can beat him in midfield.
what should i do with my tactics? should i go with 5 midfields also, since i can definitely beat him in midfield?
