u r gonna be in charge of the team's finances, team, training, transfer, stadium expansion ... u will get a shit team at first ... then, slowly, u earn money and improve the team ...

there's a transfer market for u to buy players ... what you really need at first is some promising youngsters ... train em up and sell them ... with the money, you can bankroll a better team, bigger support staff, better coach, huge ass stadium ...

objective of this game is probably to win the liga and piala malaysia ... some aim for the wealthiest club title ... point is, you decide what you want to do with your team ...

can wan, some teams happen to be in a series where their midfield is decent among the pack but defense suck.

so what they can do is go buy a bunch of cheap old passable / solid wingers and use it for attack.

okie ... now, what do u wanna train ... trainees should be 17/18 yo passable kiddos ... if u got 20+ yo fellas, don't bother training em ... not gonna earn u any money

gk - very flexible for formation, train 2 at a time
def - kinda hard to win game, can train 10 at a time, play 541 or 532
pm - tis 1 can win game easily in series v, train 6 im and 4 winger at the same time, 352
wing - train 4 winger and 4 wingback at the same time
scoring - can train 6 players at the same time, formation 433 or 343

for newbie, gk is the easiest to do i guess ...

i'm in my second season nia ... training playmaking and it's working well ... its up to u to decide lah
