what benefir do i get for finishing the manager license challenge? besides the greens..

u gain $$ for every challenge u do ... and you learn the basics of the game gua

anyway, have u got your training regime sorted out?

new teams should train one of these skills

gk (recommended, abit boring tho) (2 trainees) (main skill gk, secondary skill def)
def (10 trainees) (main skill def, secondary skill passing, wing, playmaking)
middy (6 trainees + 4 for wing position (trains at half the speed)) (main skill playmaking, secondary skill passing, winger, def)
wing (4 trainees + 4 trainees in wingback position (trains at half the speed)) (main skill winger, secondary skill passing, playmaking, def)
scoring (6 trainees) (main skill scoring, secondary skill passing, winger)

trainees = young 17 yo kids (17.30 or younger) with passable level main skill or young 17 yo kids (17.30 or younger) with inadequate main skill and inadequate secondary skill

the starting coach is lapsap, ditch him for a solid trainer with poor leadership (if you can afford it) or a passable trainer with poor leadership

as for your backroom staff,

1 gk coach (4/5 if training gk)
4/5 assistant coach (1 if training gk)
2 spokesperson

Much more important, you get use different line up
ie Challenge 18, reposition player. You can't win much games at higher level just playing 4-4-2.

to whoever who trained the fella to magnificent level without pumping stamina............

if it was you then i donno what to say liao.

cos youth pull highest you can get also excellent.

from excellent up to F > O > B > M = 4 steps. if not mistaken it's 8 - 10 weeks for 17- 20 range, so that's around 32 - 40 weeks, which is more than 3+ seasons.

boss, that's his first batch trainees ... no need to be so harsh
btw, should i sell my trainees ah?

hawk,u punya stamina % how much ... 10 to 15 is the norm ... dun tell me u set at 5%
