» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(Hongraphics @ Oct 16 2009, 11:31 AM) Just bought a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 non VC. Did some test shot with it. Overall is not bad for a walkaround lens, but i guess i will love 35mm f1.8 more if i got chance to test it. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « But some how i get out of focus issue on this picture... the focus point is placed on figurine's head. i took 2 shots at the same spot but still getting similar result, i wonder is this caused by environment lighting or my lens got problem or it just happen on all tamron 17-50. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « that's an interesting bokeh.

QUOTE(Isepunye @ Oct 17 2009, 07:47 PM) i tot \ AF-S = AF steady AF-C = AF continous sudah salah ka? i think you've pretty much got it right. not sure if it's called steady though... single? alot of people get blurred shots (especially me!) because of not realizing we're on AF-C haha

QUOTE(BaRT @ Nov 11 2009, 11:37 AM) I dont think its dust... check another picture .. there is reflection on the above maxis clock... is it because of my filter? u took that picture from behind a car door? that would explain the smudges, and the 7:42 reflection

QUOTE(Inspiration~ @ Nov 11 2009, 10:19 PM) But it seems very hard to take photo with 50mm compare to zoom lens, coz the photographer need to move around to focus ... wht is your experience? +_+ sometimes the 50mm is all i take out. makes us move around, instead of just zooming in and out. for practicing your composition?

currently using my nikon d90 as merely a light meter, cos playing with film slr.
will post up results when it's out. i hope it works! otherwise i'd have wasted money on film only to over/under expose the shots.
