What we're trying to say is not the exposure. Is the Depth-of-Field you may read more about this. Smaller aperture (larger value of f/) example f/22 will have greater DOF but we don't use f/22 for a cat shot. f/8 or f/11 will do..

Long Exposure Noise Reduction will only effect when your shutter speed more than 8 seconds.

Multiple exposure can combine multiple shots (2 to 3) together into 1 image.
