Just like how Ne-Yo would say.  ISO 3200 f/8 1/200 People don't share because they are afraid. 67 million people in the world, you are not the only person who can take such picture just because a little information is 'leaked'. I feel that the picture is okay, 1/4 under. Night time already ma, view things also must 1/4 stop down.
