Put these small loose inside outlines from the letters 'B' and 'A' aside first..
Trust me.. you should do this.. I've had bad experiences before.. where the small loose inside outline moved when I tried to press all the letters at one shot with all it's outline.. Bad experience..
After you've moved out all the small loose inside outlines... you can use your skills and creativity to align and arrange the letters:

My tips on this is to ensure that the letters looks nicely arranged from afar.. Ensure that the gaps of each letter are equal and each letters are arranged nicely.
Once you've finished arranging the letters and you're satisfied with it's arrangement, you can start to iron press them directly. Don't worry.. it won't melt... But you have to ensure that your iron is set at medium heat (2 dots or 1 half dots). And another thing to do to ensure that you won't melt or ruin them if you iron them directly is to spray some water.. When there is water, not only it reduces the chances of you ruining them but also to help encourage some bonding of it's not so strong glue.
So.. before you start to iron them directly... spray some water first directly to the letters:

Spray some water directly on top of the letters. Reason so that it won't melt or ruin when you iron them directly
Then... carefully iron press them gently directly using your iron. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR IRON IS NOT SET TO MAX HEAT (3 dots). Or else..you might ruin the namesets.. Especially if you didn't sprinkle some water on top of it... I've experienced this before... very bad experience..
So carefully iron press them gently and directly using your iron:

You don't have to press them.. a gentle iron is just to ensure that the letters and it's outline are glued temporarily.. But trust me, this alone IS NOT ENOUGH.. because the glue of the letters are not so strong.. It needs extra heat and pressure.. that we will deal later.
After you've ironed the letters, you can then insert back the small loose inside outlines that we temporarily isolated earlier. But be careful! When you want to insert them back.. ensure that the area where the glue exists is placed correctly facing below. Because the shape is the same no matter how you flip it top or bottom, there is a risk that you might accidentally placed the small outline layer wrongly, where the glued area is facing on top.. and then you iron it.. You will then screw it!
So.. ensure that the area where you can safely iron on top of it, is facing on top before you place it back:

Make sure this layer is facing up when you place back the outline inside the letter

Make sure this layer is facing down when you place back the outline inside the letter

Place the small loose inside outline inside the letter 'B'
Iron press it gently and carefully.. Remember to use 2 dots and to sprinkle some water first.
Then.. you need to find a plain cloth (do not use a coloured cloth like a kain pelekat.. or else the colour might bleed on to the letters/numbers) and cover the area where the letters were ironed gently previously:

Cover the letters using a plain cloth
For the example above, I borrowed again my wife's telekung (prayers veil)... hehe.. Then once you've covered it completely, set your iron to MAXIMUM HEAT (3 dots). Then, press FIRMLY on top of the letters for 8-10 seconds:

Press firmly the letters with maximum ironing heat
You can also squeeze the letters by using both hands.. One hand is pressing your iron and another is pressing your ironing board beneath it, Trust me you need this extra squeeze because the glue is not so strong. Ensure that you've covered the letters with the plain cloth so that you will not burn or melt the letters..
With this super extra squeeze.. the bonding of the letters are very good and solid:

The letters after being squeezed and pressed firmly
To be continued..
