If it's ISF, it should have a tracking number. Get the tracking number from your friend/seller so that you an track them. It should require a signature to receive the item. Does the small item you received have a tracking number?
yeah is has the tracking number. i was looking at the package and saw the tracking number, and was stoned cos it was my UK package.he gave me a week ago, but royalmail only tracks ISF inside uk. once outside, need to wait to reach malaysia before i can check with posmalaysia.
stupid thing was, i called them in the evening yesterday, they said don't have it in their system.
so i thought need to wait a few more days before reach malaysia.
mana tahu reach already

For ISF, it defintely needs signature upon delivery
If no one was present when the postman intended to deliver, he/she will leave a notification note and ask you to collect it at responsible post office
Always opt for ISF, ordinary Airmail is not secure at all, i have lots of them went missing, some were shipped by Kitbag, etc...
Better don't take the risk to use ordinary Airmail unless your package is not valuable

yes that is what i thought. If no one was present when the postman intended to deliver, he/she will leave a notification note and ask you to collect it at responsible post office

but how come he tossed it in my mailbox?
i'm going to the post office later. if can find my package ill be too happy to complain.
if cannot find, i'm gonna make a whole lot of bloody noise.
even though it was ISF, i still don't trust them.
gonna hunt down the stupid postman that delivered it.
