True, there's one person I know who have no experience in that particular field and no IT knowledge at all, and don't even know what is simple IT product, got a very high position in a reputable big company, increased more than triple the persons previous salary, all just by "recommendation".

Anyway, back on the N900; I wonder if the sales people will be knowledgeable enough to introduce/promote this phone when it is launched. There's just so many things to thing phone, especially if many IT geeks or Linux professionals are interested in this phone. Did anybody watch TheStar intro for the N900 which interviews with the Nokia Marketing Manager (I think) of Nokia Malaysia? Seems they talk greatly of the phone but I find that's very basic and didn't really talk about the capabilities and specialty of this phone. What's mentioned in the video is very front end or simple introduction, they should talk in depth about the phone which normal user will not know when testing out the phone, and they should pin point the plus points which gives the "Oooohs" and  "Aaaahs" to the public, not just something that's too obvious where everyone can know just by trying out the phone.

I believe many first time owner also are still looking for what's the special thing about this N900, while some sold it because they can't find the special thing, because it might need to explore and learn more to get to know more of this phone. Just like those more detailed reviews in YouTube which really shows more interesting features of the phone.
Even my friend who is already anti-Nokia, and when he first saw my N900 he wasn't impressed at all, even with the desktop and so on.
But one day, he wanted to look for something and on the spot, I help him to check with N900 browser, search for the product he wants, multi-tasking on the spot, opening multiple windows while having conversations with another person and he also see all the mini windows loading in background (true multi-tasking), also show him the movie player and it's capabilities (can directly play video files without converting) and so on. Later on, he finally ask me... about the price of official set.
Even another friend who own the iPhone also "wow-ed" by it and was speechless.
And that was just multi-tasking and browser demo...

Recently I bought a mag (didn't know it was an India magazine), inside there is a very detailed reviewed on the N900 and talk in depth or it's capabilities and features, the guy if I'm not wrong is a Linux professional also a developer possibly. The review span more than 3 pages long with full of words, and in the end due to page limitation the author needs to end it and mentioned that it's not doing the N900 justice as he hasn't even covered 50% of the N900.

I think I saw the mag at Kino that day. Linux magazine.

HEY HEY HEY ! TO ALL THE PROs OUT THERE !

I read almost all the topic about n900 and it seems like its the best phone for now.

Some said it even outrun iphone.

For your information, i used to use a lousy phone with no colours and only sms and call function 

Do you think n900 will be complicated to use since its so FABULOUS and Full of functions?

Btw, whats the cheapest price for now? AP and ORI?

Is there receiver? The app asked to plug in a headphone/headset with FM Antenna receiver.
Without it, can't receive any signals.

maybe go for N900 this weekend , should wait for original or ap ??

Actually, since the N900 supports Flash v9
you can basically access to tons and tons of Flash apps, videos and games online. There're just so many to list.

Some great Flash sites:
http://www.newgrounds.com (so many FREE videos, games, etc; it's a very old and long Flash site)
http://www.popcap.com (some games might require Flash 10)

There're so many types and interesting Flash games you can play, or great Flash videos you can find (movies, cartoons, fan-made videos, MTVs, etc). The best is check out newgrounds, there're many professional flash creator there, including one which I know who used to work for Disney, his animation/work is superb quality.
