I a word of advice, leasehold houses can be very beautiful but is it worth buy leasehold for 400+K

Maybe yes/no. There is houses more than millions but still leasehold. D'Alpinia double story 20x65 selling at RM640k but still leasehold.

No, will be complete in 2014, two more years or may be longer... U know la, our government's style is like this, always work slower than others...

if base on the distance.. it should take around 35 0 40 mins.
an estimation. as LRT do have faster speed and more frequency on the train...

Hi snake4168, I just went to showroom at Tmn Putra Impiana Phase 5. I lovin' it so much especially extended back yard. Ya now selling price is Rm448k and left 5units only. Aiks sweat.gif 30k more than urs one. Really undecided now, make me more excited tonight. What is ur unit no? U think this area will develop soon? Worth to buy it?

Lets wait until the LRT completed and see if the property prices will increase near Puchong. I am betting with a big yes. If die die want to buy leasehold at this area, target newer ones like Impiana, Mutiara Indah. If got extra buy freehold near this place like
Bandar Bukit Puchong 2. (not that cheap
now, though).

Please be noted that the land value is expensive instead of area is big...
eg. if a land of 2000sf with value of RM500psf = RM1,000,000,
but if a land of 5000sf with value of RM100psf = RM500,000.

Extending PJ's lease tenure is expensive is because of the land value alr very expensive... sweat.gif
