 Taman Puchong Prima, is it good place to live?

Landed property in Puchong Prima should be around RM300k++ for subsale. Freehold & deeper inside.

I just bought Tmn Putra Impiana Phase 5 RM420k. Spacious design but it's a leasehold.

Smaller Built Up. Older design house. Search at Iproperty.com & u should able to find few with picture.

Tasik Prima is leasehold. Puchong Prima is freehold. Both area is very near so I don't think you need to compare about amenities. Go & have a look on both area & house design. Everyone has different taste.

I personally like Taman Putra Impiana Phase 5 because of house design & structure but is a leasehold.

Anyway, going to sign S&P next week.

Maybe yes/no. There is houses more than millions but still leasehold. D'Alpinia double story 20x65 selling at RM640k but still leasehold.

For new info, Tmn Putra Impiana now selling RM448k! More RM30k than my price!
