Another stupid move by those noob, by apply quota doesn't means will improve browsing speed or low latency, they just capped us to get more user. If they not upgrade no matter how they cap, how they throttled user still get nothing, for those who dreaming after this move will getting low latency or fast browsing you better wake up, since the first day they throttled us we never get any improvement. Shame on you TM -.-"

Our speed a day worst than a day, start from a first day they throttled us we just got no improvement. By logical if they throttled us we should get better connection in terms of surfing or maybe gaming but in the end what we get? For now don't mention on surfing international site but just their own DNS also having problem, what would you say isn't it that really shame. I do understand no ISP are perfect and they do having problem but it's impossible like our "lovely TM" having lot's of problem just within a month, LOL. Think about it guys/gals. Have a nice day.
