during the day, i can download fast. at night, i cant. wierd...
was trying to update my nokia phone using nokia software updater.
at 3pm, it can download the updates at 30kb/s. i cancelled cause i wanted to backup my phone data.
now trying to update again, barely moving at 5kb/s...

I thought throttling should be slow during the day, fast at night?? Or am i missing something here
