yup...technician in my area confirm tm are conducting speed cap bandwidth..maybe up to end of august. Just great..they never inform to their customers

i called 100...n they seems hide information to subscribers...
1) they know which area, account and capped period 2) they know which area are doing upgrade (network and facilites) Why dont post it in their websites  |

i wonder..if they release this package..are they able to deliver...as i dont mind pay more if i get the "promise" speed
