its not true...my brother who doesnt download or streaming or play games except browsing to check his emails during weekend and weeknights and...he stays in PJ and pays RM88...his is CAPPED...i was at his house yesterday...cannot even browse the internet at all...ip add 60.50,60.53 and 60.52.....so how do they capped??? Based on...??

as for me, in klang, i am capped...to a point download speed is below is 5kbs....daily...since their so called problem with the undersea cable...and before was starting from 9am to...not sure maybe after midnight...only download in the early mornings and weekends...rest of the day mom read online novels...that too mom has to refresh several times...due to timeout

the problem is if based on total download and upload...10GB is not enough...even browsing...the usage starts ticking...if the speed promised, then no need to use so much of the total usage...but speed so slow....and if leave pc on to complete download, will eat up the total usage....

haizzzz.....owning streamyx is becoming expensive with capping...and undesirable speed...
