I just discovered something funny.

I have 2 streamyx accounts at home, each on a dedicated line.
The line in my room is capped at 1.5Mbps, and download rate is anywhere between 150k/b to 180k/b. This line is considered 'heavy usage'.

The other line, outside of my room, is capped at 1Mbps, and the best download rate that I can get for this line is 70k/b or so. My younger brother and sister share this line. This line is considered 'normal usage', and I haven't used this line for ages.

Yesterday I did several speed tests on the second line, and much to my surprise it is capped at 0.50Mb/s!
