capping of broadband line shouldn't hv happened or even attempted.

especially if it is more than 1mbps...and more important when we are in the digital age where everything is digitalised. we stream youtube, we upload pictures and videos of us on social network site. that alone can deplete the 10gb usage in a day (well, i f had the fast broadband, i'll upload vids of hd quality). dumb move tm...uber dumb i would say.

duh. did streamyx think we r still 1 year after independence?

sure r? i bet once u hv stable connection, i would nvr want them to cap urs.

let us all write letters/email to newspapers. 3-4 person everyday for entire year. they sure will get their stinky-lazy-bump-ass lifted.

even so called P1 who own less-better-than-tmnet infrastructure, and bear higher cost running as an ISP cappable of introducing 10mbps package.

tmnet with long track record for almost 20 years should be able to offer something better. isn't it?

no. 1: means u can on9 24/7 365 days non-stop. no disconnection, no what-so-ever shyiet!!

no. 2: means no bandwidth limitation. do whatever you like. use it like it is ur mother father...ur ancestors property. download..upload...like there is no tomorrow. nuff said.

*download/upload here refer to general meaning. u must download/upload whenver u connected to internet.


now..can we sue them already? it is impossible both mean same thing.

yeah...if that is the case, we may file rports or even lawsuits that require them to remove such misleading statement, and never ever used it. IINM, if this land is the land of america, such misleading statement could result in huge/large sum of sue and they could be in big trouble (i.e: sues, corporate image tarnished, loses of customers), if many of the users complaint and file reports againts them.

Added on August 30, 2009, 8:22 pmmalaysia's companies never ever care about their customers (only some did). it maybe due to "tak apa (nevermind)", "ok la, now consider good already" habit of customers in this country.

wqell, that doesn't take corruption and all orang dalam into account yet. what i think is, these peoples need to be teaches a lesson or two. make them ever remember that the phrase "customers is always right" is of their main concern.

another matter of concern is, how many of the users willing to undergo such situation considering their "tak apa la" attitude?

and another thing to take into account is, such lawsuits may took months and even years. again...will the users willing to undergo such situation?



instead of saying that...why dont we try. u never know what will happen in the future. this is another type of common malaysian habit. so hopeless..always think negative..yet they want the very best in their life. (jgn marah ye bang...contoh je. bukan nak flame ke ape.)

instead of thinking negetively, why dont we do something? we need find ways to bring the culprits down to earth, not saying something that will turn everyone else spirit into pieces. make them feel that they shouldn't have ever done what they did b4. kasi bukak mata itu syarikat, orang2 yg pikir negatif ni...yang kita boleh buat sesuatu kalau kita bersatu.

well, maybe...there's chance we might fail, but hopefully that already enuff to remind them, and at the same time, wake those "tak apa la" peoples into reality. that hopefully the very least we could do.

yes. this wont be easy, and it wont take 1-2 days works...considering the massive amount of research, discussions, money, time, and all that need to be done. that is for preparation. during the trial itself, some may surrender (there will be even before that). We need to be dedicate, commited, full of spirits to fulfill our dream.

what is in my humble brain is..1st, we start as lowyat.net forumers. then, we expand it to our relatives...to our friends...our colleagues...neighbours. this may take 1-2 years. then we expand it even further, coveing all areas of the country.

during that period, there will be demonstrations...explainations...seminars...(add more yourself i couldn't think more). well, it may not necessarily about bashing TMnet, it is more about educating peoples, explaining to them their rights, what these companies did.

look at Gerakan Mansuhkan PPSMI. They took years and massive amoint of work. but due to the hardship they endure, their dedication towards realizing their dream to mansuhan PPSMI, they did get what they dream of at the end (need to wait until 2012 to see the result).

last but not least, if..i said, IF someone did able to sue TMnet, and he has been promoting and asking peoples to join him, but no one ever care. In the end he did, but alone. He sue TMnet and obtain large sum of money or maybe he ask court to make sure all his wishes are fulfilled by tmnet for the sake of public such as make sure everyone get atleast 80% of what they are promised to in their ads, stable and fast connection. Peoples who know him, whom he ask and promote to join him through out his adventure to make sure TMnet were punished, may think, why the hell I didn't jion him? why? if he able to do that alone, we combined together may achieve even further. And if you are one of them, would you feel ashemed because he did ask you, but u refuse, yet he give up his chance to be millionaire by asking court to make sure TMnet behave properly after trial for the sake of public? He didn't get anything to fulfill his selfishness, but he give them to all of you. if that is the case, nah, i wouldn't even has the gut to face him...talk through phone also no gut.
