Wiki has it that Adebayor will take the 10, with Lass taking the 6. This leaves Mahamadou with the option of either taking the loan option to Monaco, or risk being left without a squad number.

IINM, Spanish league rules only allow up to 25-member squads?

Well wiki isn't really that trustworthy lol
I think there's been talk of Mahamadou going to Malaga. Have to wait and see.
I'd rather Ozil take the 10 though

Yeah only 25 member squads in Spain

why does Mourinho ditches Mhamadou???

Looking back at Inter and Chelsea, Mourinho used to love the tough ball winner defensive midfield like Obi Mikel, Makelele, Essien, Cambiasso, Viera....

but at RM he doesnt want this Mahamadou

Added on January 27, 2011, 9:27 pmDamn............Barcelona won Almeria 5-0, the team that RM struggled 1-1.

What does it takes Barcelona to lose???!!!

To be frank, Diarra hasnt been the same player ever since he returned after his long injury. He's a bit sluggish and doesnt command the midfield as well as before. I think at the moment Lass wins more balls than Diarra and dictates the midfield better. But then he's not being too consistent.

As for the addon comment, RM whacked Hercules at their den 3-1. This is the team that went to Nou Camp and handed Barca a 2-0 beating. And for the records, Almeria is one of those teams who has a good head-to-head record with RM especially at their Mediterraneo stadium. sweat.gif

He's going to Monaco and currently subject to medical test but no mention of a loan deal.

Real Madrid CF and AS Monaco Football Club agreed Thursday to transfer the player Mahamadou Diarra, Malian international midfielder 29.
The formalization of the final transfer is still dependent on results of the medical future and a contract agreement between the player and ASM FC.
Mahamadou Diarra will arrive in Monaco on Thursday evening.

Could this be a permanent goodbye for Diarra? hmm.gif

crappy game.. so be honest.. i think.. our title is out of grab.. with barca is no where near to lose their form.. we are struggle when playing away form home.. more with team that play defensive-counter type of football..

we can win away against seville.. but we draw and lose to bottom team like almeria and ossasuna..

what the heck happen to mou.. he decided to play long ball when still nil-nil ? with benz upfront? when their defender/midfielder obviously winning every highball?

sighh..

...and your point is? Madrid knows how to value talented individuals? Or are you implying that Kaka isnt worth what we paid for? Thanks for sharing the insights on Milan's business philosophy. I've always wondered why Milan are left with old players. Now it's clear. BTW, how's Huntelaar doing in Milan? Oh wait, you guys sold him didnt you.

Funny how you reply to this comment after the Barca & Herc game. I guess it's just much more convenient that way eh? brows.gif
Here, I'll be bold and predict we'll whacked Almeria to kingdom come when they visit the Bernabeau.

Again, too many unnecessary passes in the final third. Benz wasnt making space or positioning himself well. And that disallowed goal, I'm pissed that he went for that pass when there was Ozil behind him in an onside position. Mou's decision to rest Alonso and Marcello for the Sevilla game backfired yet again. He didnt have much choice anyway. It's either field a full team in Pamplona and risk the Copa's final or go with a lesser risk while making sure Sevilla will be met with full force at Bernabeau. He went for the latter and this is Sevilla we're talking about. They have all the necessary means to beat us on our home ground. It's a weighted risk to take and let's hope it will pay off on Feb 2nd.

At least know what you are talking about before you speak.
Raul and Guti were given standing ovations before they left. If there's one thing we do well is we appreciate our legends. Ask Roberto Carlos, Zidane, Redondo, RVN, etc who have nothing but only good things to say about Madrid.
But appreciating is not the same thing as continuously playing them till even when it's obvious it's detrimental to the team like what Milan are doing. Your team is in need of a refresh for how many years counting now? And it's funny you mention CL when Raul has already won it 3 times rolleyes.gif
And Juan Mata and Soldado? Seriously? Doing well in Valencia doesn't mean good enough for Madrid.
How's Ronaldinho doing? Fine way to appreciate a former WPOTY eh?
Next time at least engage your brain first before posting. It's not that difficult really.
