HI,

I previously had a problem where my iphone just drops line, and sometimes it just go simlock, lock or unlock.

Told maxis.. and the changed 1 to 1 no question asked. WAs happy....

Now this new iphone, no more the previous problem but got a new problem now.

at times when i receive a call.. the screen does not light up, phones is vibrating with ringtone, but ZERO image to slide to answer the call.

I press power and home also no effect, eventualy it will cancel the cancel.

Once the call canceled i press power or home the sceen lights up again, like normal.

The blank screen doesnt happen all the time, but in a day maybe 1-2 times.

what the problem??

so i should get another new phone??

the new stupid maxis policy is if your phone has a problem u need your phone for 2 weeks in order to get ur new phone.

or sorry yeah i think i press restore the info from Itunes.

how do i setup as a new phone??

do i need to reset all of it on my phone?
