Hi all,

I am new here and have been having tis MMS issue with my Asus P750.

It used to be intermittently not able to send/receive MMS messages but now it totally could not send/receive any MMS. The error that I've got is that it is having problem connecting to the server or something like that. I have checked on the settings and everything seems to be OK.

I used to use it under Maxis but have changed to Digi. So far, I have brought it to both Maxis and Digi service center but to no avail.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

thanks for the quick reply. I tried that but no go also. Could tis be a hardware malfunction? Other than the MMS, everything works fine though. So its really strange.

i doubt its hardware, it sounds like a operator problem. its something like, the sms settings is screwed up. so u gotta call your operator and inquire the sms settings

Most PDA developers provide predefined network settings. These option should available for local settings / asia rom. If you cant find this option probably your devices is not local set or your rom has different 2ndary ext rom

eg
htc network configuration (start>settings>network settings)
o2 auto config (start>program files)

Some settings might have obselete settings which require network operator assisted.

U may also try htc network config cab for WM6 is compatible for WM6, google to xdadevelopers

Hi,

I did check with them the last time, both for Maxis and Digi. The settings sort of work for awhile and then stopped working completely. Anyhow, I will be dropping by to Digi Service Center this weekend. Hopefully the issue will be fixed permanently.

Hi,

I have checked the Network settings and I found that DIGI is selected as my current Operator and Malaysia as the country. These are the only two forms in my Network Setting page. Wonder if there's anything else which I may have missed out?
