It's an old picture that was released a long time ago during mid-season of Destiny, where people were speculating it to be the upgraded version of Freedom. It was rumoured to named as "Nu Freedom" back then, but it was eventually revealed to be a Korean fan-made design.

Unless Bandai decides to use this design for any upcoming Seed project, this is otherwise an unofficial fanart.

tis days JP animation is serious degrading.... gone the days of really nice animation with fantastic story (i can still remember watching those old anime tat are meaningful) now all come this fan service for those Otaku one.... either we get feminine man (not one but full of them in one series), MOE little girls with lolita dress, Giant breast cow girl tat wears a mini skirt tat u can see her pantsu, then Robot all have giant farking wings tat make them fall of feather or burst out giant light while flying.
