Tried both xbox and PC but both failed to redeem the code.
The code is unused and can be recognized by the server saying it is valid. Any idea how to solve this "8016a04b" problem? It said cannot retrieve information and please try again later. |

Yeah, I'm using Australia Gamertag and Asia Code.
I did fill in the Address.. but not sure correct or wrong does matter or not It recognize the it but just cant go through the redeem part Press "redeem now" straightaway come out the status code. This post has been edited by TongCN: Aug 24 2009, 01:08 PM |

It normally happened when you cannot connect to a certain server.
Please call XBOX LIVE support for help. You you can't reach them, you can email them and ask for a callback on http://www.xbox.com/zh-SG/support/contact/ Change your region to supported country. But i got whole achievement in my current gamertag and don't feel like giving up on it
But I do remember I called to Singapore Microsoft before where as I wanted to activate my Windows. It is reachable though. I already emailed them but they said they have limited access and cannot help so much. Must contact upper. |
