Dear all,

I'm a 1st time house buyer. Unfortunately the lawyer recommended by our property developer has not been contactable after we paid them their fees & the stamp duty for the transfer of title.

Does anyone know of any avenue for us to pursue this matter, ie to recover the stamp duty?
We were recommended to engage a lawyer to pursue this matter but the costs are very high.
Would this qualify under any of the Tribunal Claims?

Thank you
