I got hit 2 times today.

First one RM5 early morning (short code 36635). i complained & TT refunded later in the evening.

Then 2hoours after the refund, kena another RM2.

I think I know who the thief is. if anyone also kena, pls PM me details of the short code and the name of the operator (TT will tell you who is when they give you your refund). Let's nail this thief

If you have anyone working under other telco, they also have internal staff packages... Consider as "staff price" lah...

Asked a dealer and he said the sureone 10 monthly plan data will be tied to credit validity, means cannot use for a full month if credit validity expire. Excited with the plan since rm10/month for 1gb highspeed and 10gb basic data plus unlimited speed for whatsapp should be enough for my usage but if what the dealer said is true then still need to reload rm30 every month. Counter intuitive from tt here.

alternative is Yoodo.

I can guarantee if you live chat tmrw, the next day, next week, we'll get different answer(s) from different CS... LOL..

These CS are part timers... Most of them come and go every months... Those part timers don't care about what answers they give becoz they know they won't be in that spot anymore... That's the danger of dealing with part timers... I always ask those support of how many years they have been in that company...

One thing for sure, I've made more than 72 hours of WhatsApp VIDEO calls and no deduction to data quota...
