Tunetalk process is like that. You will get a new temporary number. After you complete the EKYC process, in the app go to more>extra service, then choose switch to Tunetalk. Submit your request and wait for port out SMS.

You're right. I called the hotline. Need to choose the list of numbers as temporary number.
Anyway, the portout sms is confusing or only me too dumb to understand.

After a while, received the sms said under processing.
It has been 24 hours, my Umobile still got signal.
