i have 44.88 balance in my account.. but...
now i want to subscribe vibe 15...dunno how to utilise the balance instead of topping up when subscribing... but unable to.

is it, everytime subscribe = topup?

vibe 15, 30 or 50 via app or via portal also same, need to choose payment and not using account balances.. so weird!!!


NOTE : ok.. after long crawl. Finally... saw the post confirming that vibe+ plan can only be subscript using credit/debit card payment.... Grrrrrrrr

so... renew it will be utilizing the account credit right?

Guys, tune tall topup

I remember seeing my prepaid credit validity ends on 20Feb, yesterday u top up 30....now the expiety date is 3rd March...meaning to day the validity does not extend from 20feb, but instead on the day I reload?

Question here guys... im on Epic Pack.
If subs to Rm99 Yearly plan.... the validity suppose to be extended for a year or i still have to reload to keep the validity extended?
