QUOTE(mindman @ Aug 10 2012, 02:55 AM) you have any intention to bring this up with tunetalk chat? or you can email directly to their boss, Jason lo. He replied me within hours of my email . jason.lo@tunetalk.com i will call up their customer service to check why the simcard is not valid or whether it's expired card or not. maybe i just go back to the shop and ask the guy to register for me. |

QUOTE(dchew @ Aug 10 2012, 10:36 PM) why rm 10. mine is rm 10, preloaded rm 5. well the difference not much so i don't bother. i bought tunetalk because i like the idea where i can choose my own number. but now i stuck at activating the card. even if new batch sim selling rm8 with preloaded rm2 inside or something if im not mistaken. unless dealer markup price. |

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Aug 11 2012, 08:40 AM) just chat wif them..and they help you to register..as they only need the serial number of the sim...provided that u already pre registered ur desired number @ their website.. they need me to fax the i/c to them even i told them i already pre registered the number. thats something fishy about this good luck my line already activated by dealer. they change a new sim card for me and provide me with different number but same last 4 digit. now my concern is how to log in to self care tunetalk? i don't have password. QUOTE(gastacopz @ Aug 11 2012, 10:46 PM) must be that staff who chat wif u is strict...next time..wait for liyana..as she is very helpful wif me last time..when other CS cant help... finally everything resolved. i managed to get login to self care. the staff that chat with me although not totally help me but she did give me a hint. the last digit from my i/c that the dealer register for me is wrong and i can't get the staff to reveal it so i try to guess the last digit myself. now i can changed the number already. i changed it to 811 3334. it's temporary number . so if my i/c registered wrongly, will i get any trouble in the future? and how to change ownership next time if i want to give to someone else?QUOTE(mindman @ Aug 11 2012, 11:04 PM) under the login, press "forget my password", (yes, this is the first step), your username is always your ic, after you press submit at the forget my password, they will sms you a temporary password, go login again with this p/w just like what u say, i got my password after i figure out the right i/c they registered. |

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Aug 12 2012, 02:44 PM) not sure...but for other telco u can go and ask them to correct..but tunetalk..dunno where their office is... well if i want to correct it, i don't have any problem. like the staff said , just fax them the i/c and they will amend it. if i want to change the ownership, then i scare i may face the problem to prove the number belongs to me coz of this silly mistake. coz my digi they wrongly entered also..but not yet corrected...coz i want maximize my numbers..normally 10 nos each telco..now its 11...coz wrong ic lol |

i just want to know is this a true scenario?
i buy a new simcard which give a 30 days validity if i not reload, but if i reload rm 5 on the first day, the original validity will shorten become 5 days instead of 30 days. |

QUOTE(RDoe @ Nov 16 2015, 10:43 PM) This shouldn't be the case. i just found out that i reload the card before i activate the card. so now the validity follow the amount that i top up not the original validity that it should had. how to solve this?If a card has 30 days validity upon activation, any amount you reload that's less than RM30 should not change the original validity. |

QUOTE(RDoe @ Nov 17 2015, 01:42 PM) I still can't understand how this is possible. the number already registered under my name, but i forgot to make a call to activate it. i straight away reload it through online reload. before activating it, it will be under transit condition and no validity available. once u activate it, it will give u 30 days automatically. thats what happen in my case.In such a case, if someone accidentally reload to a wrong number that's still sitting in a shop's display case, the customer who goes and buy that card will see the validity shortened or lengthened, depending on how much the reload amount? |
