If subscribed to internet plan then later you credit enter into grace period. Does the internet plan still works?

The TT RM10/2GB/30days plan meaning we still have to spend RM30 for 30days validity?

I'm still on buddies  & my yearly data plan just expired. I have more than rm100 top up  credit in my account. Which plans can I subscribe to using that credit? I tried vibe30 but it say I cannot pay by using my credit.

I have been using tt for year, convinced my parents to switch to tt.
Now the cell reception has been worse.
I subcribed them on yearly rm200 plan, and after a month the service became "free basic 64kbps internet".
Rm400 for basic internet hey.

If you travel a lot, their old long life sim card is good. Else, just use something else.

Anyone facing the problem with their yearly plan?

Terrible speed at Kajang area since 7.30pm+ and still not yet resolved.
Speed test showed download speed at 0.85mbps and zero upload speed.
Even WhatsApp message got trouble to be sent out...

Anyone else has this problem?

Tune Talk really slow at night. Getting worst day time too.

i request to mnp out to umobile, then TT call me and offer me rm99 for 6 months of data (20gb each month)... so i just cont to stay.

I SMS STAYHOME but received reply saying that the keyword is not valid. Maybe have to wait until tomorrow only can kot.

cun value plan rm200 yearly data plan can use prepaid balance to buy or only can use credit card to buy?

btw, found a way to check grace is through https://www.tunetalk.com/ -- login & click "My Profile", still can see expiry date.
but this profile balance not updated. my new bought sim card can't see.
