Its a MVNO, its service is dependent on its "real operator" that it virtually operates on which is Celcom. That makes it pretty reliable IMO.

dont need. I called my other number to activate my simcard.

my number is 010 - 54321xx. registered it like ages ago when they were running their www.freedom2talk.org site & they gave a free simcard

One thing i hate is the website is really unclear. Esp when u first collect your simcard. No instructions what soever. After contacting the live chat like 2-3 times, then finally can.

To activate a sim, make a call. To login to the self care:
1. go to the Selfcare login page https://selfcare.tunetalk.com/selfcare/login.do
2. Click the "Forgot Username/Password? Click here"
3. Request for a temporary password by putting in ur IC and tune talk number WITHOUT the first zero (0)
4. Wait for the flash msg. Not an SMS, a flash msg. So your phone has to be on and u cannot accidently cancel the flash msg
5. Try to login by typing in IC as username and temp password

hv to type slowly and carefully, or else it wont register. Apparently pressing the tab and pressing the Enter at the Submit button doesnt work also when i tried it.

Only three attempts before u get blocked and hv to wait for the next day to try again. The site has NO INDICATION whatsoever about this three times limit

Probably the only reason why im still keeping it is the flat rate sms
