what should i do after i got the sim?

One number one person to prevent some ppl thinking to abuse it. Then later mark up and port out. At the moment the numbers are not allow to port anywhere yet

when i press *133# for credit balance, it shows : Grace period end date : 31Dec12.
means dont need reload till 2012?

i check balance got rm5..
but if i call my tune talk number...
tiada dalam perhidmatan..

so means if i didnt use my credit, can last untill 2012??

Yeah. Gone. What to do. I think Tunetalk bungled big time. I went to two shops which tunetalk states as its authorised distributor...neither have even heard of Tunetalk!

At first i also thought that he ported out successfully, haha. Hey, i feel like tunetalk is annoying leh, when you call a tunetalk number they will play a recorded ad before they get you through and they charge you for that ad ! what a drawback !

If you already book a number please bring your order number and fully information such as your name, IC, and also address which is filled inside the selfcare portal. Time is 5pm to 7pm - 09Sept2009

Tune Talk has change dealer portal system. Selfcare customers is compulsory to bring fully information now. (Becoz some idiot simply search others people order number to get nice number and activate)   

1 ic 1 number only. and don't bother to email to customer service. i sent in 3 emails non got replied.

they don't send out sim card to dealer and my registration expires. i chat with them and they don't offer me any solution. so i go and complain to skmm and 30 minutes later they call me with replacement number. ( real nice number some more. 010-520-AAAB

just got an email to get my sim pack (registered for freedom2talk.org) 

once i get it, i may port it out ASAP

1st : reserve your number at tunetalk.com
2nd : register through dealers (shops/online)
3rd : email sent by tunetalk (your number is officially registered)
4th : activate your simpack

so, in my opinion, the so call online dealer didn't/haven't register for you.
