What phones? must be the internet connection try a different connection if possible and see if that works? If not uninstall and reinstall app.

Guys recently I was using Hotspot on my TTValuePrepaid Plan. It seems that now the data will utilise from main 10GB block. If i remembered correctly last time it could even utilise Social, Music and Video quota when on hotspot.

Hi anyone here transfered their e-sim from old phone to new phone? We can just use the e-SIM QR code from years back to use e-SIM on the new device?

Somemore have to add "preferred plan" which I just chat with TT Chat and they said the credit will be transferred to existing number.

Unfortunately, if we need to switch phones frequently or factory reset phone then we have to keep paying RM10 for esim + RM15 (Cheapest plan) for TT case.

Read somewhere that Celcom and Digi has not cross share their network yet. Still in progress.
