choose P1 or streamyx...
dont waste time anymore, just write a letter to them to waive the penalty fee of RM250 (justify yourself in the letter) This post has been edited by Davidtcf: Nov 4 2009, 07:24 PM |

QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Nov 5 2009, 01:23 AM) Worst still , I'm unable to connect to the 3G connections although there's signal around. Luckily at least I can surf the web with around 100-200kbps now. i'm was once a user of both maxis and celcom broadband also lar... how can u say it's not when ur coverage area is good and not congested?I dont think P1 will be better than Celcom Broadband. never try never know, i was having the same perspective like u also last time This post has been edited by Davidtcf: Nov 5 2009, 11:14 AM |

i adi terminate, make a big fuss at celcom center, with letter...
they decided to waive the RM250 penalty... finally i walked out a free man... my BIGGEST WINNING POINT: before i shift was still acceptable, after shifting to new area only 1 bar coverage, keep disconnect every 15 minutes... the cust service guy still can shoot me say "oh but we give 1 week trial before? did u report this to our helpdesk?" i answered: "i shifted to new place, unless u want to build a new tower there to boost the signal? not logical right since it's expensive? call helpdesk for? this is coverage problem, i call also no use right?" *case won* This post has been edited by Davidtcf: Nov 12 2009, 10:01 PM |

QUOTE(aaron_15ryderz @ Nov 19 2009, 08:13 PM) guys, i write letter and walk-in... took a number, go to counter and make alot of noise...if i want to terminate celcom, i don have to pay anything rite or is there any penalty by doin this.. the 250 waived off... just make sure u use the point "extremely slow, call helpdesk adi also useless!!" Added on November 21, 2009, 3:43 pm QUOTE(nonameNo @ Nov 19 2009, 02:08 PM) i send email to celcom customer service on 1 Nov 2009. i get a reply stated they will check on 6 Nov 2009. Then subsequent, they asking for my company and home address so that they can find the problem. Only today, 19 Nov 2009, they called me saying that the network station is congested on my area. they already proposed to upgrade the station and will be completed by end of this year. ur place must be a "hot" area... such areas usually got P1 wimax (if in Klang valley)last 2 months ago, i get at least 1.5Mbps to 3.xxMbps... now I get 0.1 to max 0.4Mbps. so disheartening to see it. better subscribe to P1... much higher cap too This post has been edited by Davidtcf: Nov 21 2009, 03:43 PM |
