I'm user for Maxis & Celcom broadband. Use them in the following mode. So far Celcom is the champion.
1.Data for mobile phone 2.Data via USB modem 3.Data via Wifi (USB modem plug to Wifi router), share network with others. This post has been edited by arowana33: Sep 12 2009, 04:21 PM |

QUOTE(ahmadpintu @ Sep 12 2009, 12:10 PM) hi all, If you are using celcom broadband frequently, it would be highly recommended that you use dedicated USB modem wanna ask something which one is better for using celcom broadband? 1. use nokia phone as a broadband modem 2. normal USB external modem i.e vodafone/csl/etc currently using nokia phone as a modem but someone has told me that i cannot get maximum speed. izzit true? coz when you go online with celcom broadband, your modem/phone will emit heat. Thus, frequent usage of your phone as modem, might shorten your phone's lifespan... due to the heat emission This post has been edited by de4thscythell: Sep 12 2009, 07:10 PM |
