The slip is as well as cheque to your account, you can bank in the slip to the bank account that issue the slip, but might have to go counter, the last time I did that that time internet banking was not there yet, good luck... rclxms.gif

Your money surely will be returned to u if ur application fails..
U will need to bring along the receipt to bank to ask for refund, but last time the branch manager told me to come back for refund one week after the stock is listed.

Do a simple spreadsheet, take the dates, open/close/listing etc. See if you can get your cash rolled. Then u can decide.

Bumi Armada, got huge # of shares. So the possibility to go up 20% on listing day seems not that great.

Attached is the monitoring system I used.

Just apply a bit of each, applied on the last day only via maybank2U the refund can be very fast.
If you strike sell it at a profit as early as possible... so that the cash can be recycle quickly.
hows that...

I think he meant,.. if u didn't get the share... usually maybank2u will refund the money within 1 day time....

not like CIMBCLICKS which took the full 3 DAYS to refund the money... i 'kena' already when buying MSM that day... Monday 12 noon (20 JUNE) only i got back my money.

FYI, Maybank2u got their refund/money on Friday (17 JUNE)

CIMB is in fact slower when it comes to getting refunds.

What I do is just look at the underwriter for the IPO and apply through CIMB if it's CIMB Investment Bank. I think you get better chances this way.

Bumi Armada
Some quick findings on the IPO,
- Retail investors will not enjoy any discount if book building for institution is less than RM3.15,
- Immediate dilution of RM2.06, NAV RM1.09 after IPO,
- Fully diluted PE around 25, taking into consideration of interest saving and new share issued,
- Low gearing after IPO, bulk of the proceeds going for settlement of Bridging loan etc,
- Revenue growth but margin for 1Q drop, kena compress?

Anyway, any bumi bro can feedback on the MITI portion? That's good gauge for that. tongue.gif

- my boss' companies got 3%
