not sure of their order book.. and ever since Ir Lee disposed share in June, he never acquire them back..

The news suggested Rm0.70 only, not RM1.xx.

How come people offer to takeover at RM0.70, then you go to buy Rm1.10. Just like Ramunia case, offered being made at Rm0.4x valuation, share price shoot to Rm0.6x.

This is clearly being gorenged.

Edited, unless there is power/shareholding struggle to keep the company by 2 opposing parties/major shareholders.
