I don't think they will ban people as they want to do business. No point for banning those that had spend at least US$60 or more becos of this.
They want earn money, not blocking ppl to join it.

I already using 1 week to download this 11gb, if redownload again, I don't think I got chance to play on that 3 days.

if use new client also ok, as long as it can continue to my current Gw2Stream.dat file

They still not release the beta client yet. I think this week I no chance to play already.

yah 512kb, but I can't open to let it download for whole day.

Yah, I let it download before sleep and next morning will have to stop. That time 7-8hours max can go for nearly 2GB only.
I still left 3 files for that dat file then they close off client already. Hope that new client will allow to continue.
Some US & Europe people say with our current bandwidth, it may hard for us to play PVP and world v world v world cos our bandwidth too little and can't handle those 2000 people war.

I am penangites loh. Last time using old client download can reach 120++kb, now less than 20kb only.
With this speed, no chance to play on this weekend at all.

actually now I still got old dat files which about 11GB, but seem that developer decide to delete all rather than update another 11gb, maybe those texture/sound also got update, so I think I have to redownload all rather than download another 11gb.

I try rename old gw2stream.dat to gw2.dat, and it can continue download. (but dunno later when playing in game will gonna crash or not.)
