is anyone using paypal service from the service noticeboard?

I dont have credit card or paypal to buy the game

Hi guys was wondering if its ok if i topup my paypal thru those people on service noticeboard and use my paypal to prepurchase the game?

Oh should i just ask them to buy for me if possible?
