WORK OUT STRATEGY:
Work out at least 40mins everyday, choice of:
- Go for a walk at the field
- Squash
- Badminton
- Go for a walk at the hill
- Skip rope
FOOD CONSTRAINT:
- eat less supper or no meal after 10 pm
- eat less junk food, ice cream & chocolates
- cut down beverages and soft drinks. Drink plain water more and more fruit juice with no added sugar
- eat less fast food
