Hi, good day to you all

Recently I get an offer from HSBC Smart Home Flexi Loan Package, it is quite interested, whole tenure = BLR-2.3%, but need to lock in at least 7 years.

I would like to ask some opinions, what is the Pro and Con for this package? Is HSBC a good bank, good offer, good deal compare to others?
