UP is the most serious movie from PIXAR ever, the theme and message is very adult, my wife almost had tears. Really touching story overall, but not as fun as their earlier ones like my favorite Finding Nemo. The laughs are very few, Aiman was mostly quiet, but he likes it nonetheless. Solid 4/5 stars.

just recalling BD collection and browsing thru bluray.com,
it seems David Foster is a 1080i BD, but the PQ is stunning, better that many with 1080p...funny tho rclxub.gif

I believe you comparing with movie, movies have all these grains, artistic shots, fast motions/cameraworks, etc that 'blurs' the contents. Concerts are in a 'controlled' environment, with almost static cameras. The opening for Michael Buih-buih where they panned the concert hall also very good! nod.gif

who say 1080i no good? Crank, planet earth etc..

anyway 1080i = digital video camera, I think abit hard to film music concert using 35mm - 70mm film right? biggrin.gif

1080p mostly digitized film based (but maybe recently got 1080p video cam)

ya you got a plus point oso

for MB, talking bout the theater hall panning ( happens to all though) only on LCD it seems the picture are slightly magnified from the sides moving to the center ( something like a birds eye view) does this really happen on convectional TV sets??
